Moose Lodge Donates $1,000 to Paradise Disaster Relief Program

Mooov’n Moose RV Club of Paradise Moose Lodge #2227 giving a $1,000 donation to the Paradise Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund will Provide support to the victims and disaster response organizations of the fire today and in the months to come.

California Conservation Corp Aids Environment

California Conservation Corps (CCC) helps keep the Coutelenc Road View Site free of dry vegetation and safe from fire.  This was provided as a community service to the Paradise Community Foundation which supports environmental programs and projects.  The view site is located on Coutelence Road between Skyway and Alphy’s Lane in Magalia.  The view site provides an extraordinary view of Sawmill Peak and the surrounding area.  Pictured from left to right are Keith Welch, CCC Supervisor, Miguel Segura, CCC Member, Jean Crist, Environmental Activist, and Aron Reyes, CCC Member.

Wells Fargo donates money to fire victims

Wells Fargo donated $20,000 to support four Ridge organizations to help Humboldt Fire and Butte Lightening Complex victims.

Wells Fargo presented a $5,000 grant to the American Red Cross, Paradise Ridge Senior Center, Paradise Family Resource Center and the Paradise Community Foundation yesterday afternoon at the Paradise Rotary meeting.

"This devastating fire impacted our customers, neighbors and our own team members," Kathleen Dwyer, store manager for Wells Fargo in Paradise, said in a statement. "We want to do our part to support the many aid organizations that are helping victims of this fire."
